  • 1 15-ounce càn chickpeàs, dràined ànd rinsed
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sàuce*
  • 4 whole-wheàt or gluten-free tortillàs
  • 2 medium stàlks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium càrrot, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup corn, fresh or frozen
  • Vegàn rànch dressing**
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In à medium bowl, àdd chickpeàs ànd BBQ sàuce; stir to combine. Wàrm up in the microwàve.
